Before you book: some quick notes
- Which service: choose Residential Home Inspection if you or a relative will live in a single-family home or condo. For a single-family rental, choose Single-Family Investment Inspection. For a duplex, triplex or four-unit building, choose Duplex, Triplex or Four-Unit Investment Inspection, even if you’ll live in one of the units.
- Radon: Radon testing must be included in your purchase agreement otherwise the seller or listing agent will not let us place the test.
- Well/Septic: We do not inspect Well or Septic in Lake, Lorain, or Ashtabula.
