Homes built before 1970 normally have a clay tile sewer line (if it hasn’t been replaced) from the home to the street. We can provide sewer line drain camera inspection during the home inspection as long as there is interior access to the sewer line.
WDI / Termite Inspections
Wood Destroying Insect Inspections are Offered as a Stand-Alone Inspection, or as an additional inspection service with a scheduled Home Inspection.
Mold Testing
We vissually Look for Mold During Any Inspection and for an additional fee We Can Perform a Mold Spore Test.
Lead Water Testing
The EPA upper limit for lead in drinking water is 15 ppb. For an additional fee we can perform a Lead Water Test for you.
Septic Inspections
We offer septic inspections as an add on optional inspection service along with a home inspection through one of our state registered sub-contractors. We do not offer this as a stand alone service.
